Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer quick, effective solutions
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including airport transfers and luggage storage
  • Answer and manage all incoming hotel calls
  • Direct calls appropriately
  • Communicate essential information to both guests and staff as needed
