Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests
- Anticipate guest needs and offer quick, effective solutions
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including airport transfers and luggage storage
- Answer and manage all incoming hotel calls
- Direct calls appropriately
- Communicate essential information to both guests and staff as needed
