Full‑Time Call Center Agent – an ideal position for students or individuals seeking consistent evening and weekend work while delivering outstanding service to dental patients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to consistently work evenings and one weekend day.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
