Job Description
As a Call Center Agent at Capital NYC, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service with every interaction. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Aid customers with product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented approach with good organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with call center technology
- Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment is a plus, but not required
