Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and professional Call Center Agents to assist customers with service inquiries, appointment scheduling, and account support. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Schedule and confirm landscaping service appointments
• Provide customers with service information and updates
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Aid in resolving customer concerns and routing requests appropriately
• Support office and scheduling teams with daily communication tasks

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Comfortable handling high call volumes
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive and professional attitude
