Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers from warm leads.
- Engage with each customer and update call logs and dispositions accurately.
- Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals.
- Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free in-home estimate.
