Position Overview The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting clients with inquiries, reservations, and service information. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionallyMake outbound calls for booking confirmations, follow-ups, and client supportAssist customers with scheduling and booking requestsDocument customer interactions and maintain accurate recordsResolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues when necessaryCoordinate with booking, event, and operations teamsFollow company communication standards and procedures Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience preferredStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiency and data entry skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional phone etiquetteReliable, organized, and customer-focused Benefits Flexible schedulingOpportunities to work at various eventsSupportive team environment Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support Shift Length: 6-8 hours Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
