About the role

RAS LaVrar, LLC seeks a Call Center Admin Team Lead to join our dynamic and prestigious legal group's Collections Department. Our firm offers a comprehensive training program and a supportive, professional work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and distribute stipulations, including follow-ups.
  • Track and distribute collector agents' score cards.
  • Monitor and review one-on-one coaching forms, including distribution.
  • Aid the Call Center Manager with other duties as required.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with customers, third parties, attorneys, representatives, realtors, etc.
  • Address all internal, external, and client queries with professionalism.
  • Receive, sort, and maintain organized records of mail received and postage sent out.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Maintain an extensive calendar of daily appointments, including meetings and room reservations.
  • Track front desk office inventory and monitor general office equipment.
  • Ensure the firm remains compliant with visitor entry and office security.
  • Communicate the progress of accounts and their respective statuses within the collections pipeline clearly.
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening skills and professionalism for collector and customer needs and circumstances.

  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer (Microsoft Office) and general office skills.

  • Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Prior call center and collector experience.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma.
  • Relevant experience may compensate for education.

Physical Functions

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery.
  • Employee is regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.
  • Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants.

Work Environment

  • Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office.
  • Moderate noise levels.

Shifts

  • Days - Mondays to Fridays (on-site).
  • Candidates can choose from:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
  • 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch
  • 9:00am to 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch
