About the role
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy.
Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Collaborate indirectly with school counselors, teachers, and families through your supervisees to support a holistic care team.
Use Daybreak's tools to help supervisees track progress and adjust treatment plans for the best possible outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely supervisory documentation in our secure EHR system.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current in youth mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC), ensuring high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy.
- Monitor and ensure supervisees adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

Requirements
- Active, independent clinical license in California as an LMFT or LPCC (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Availability during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish or other languages (preferred).
- Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities (preferred).
- Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions (preferred).
- Active NPI number and CAQH profile (preferred).
Skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple supervisees and maintain quality supervision.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in youth mental health.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
