About the role
The successful candidate will be joining Urban Design Specialists in Marina Del Rey. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Experience with Multifamily projects, including Type III and Type I construction
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Conducting plan checks
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Requirements
- A California Architectural license
- A work permit is required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proven knowledge of Building Codes
