Responsibilities

  • Manage hazardous waste operations and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of waste reduction strategies and programs.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure proper waste handling and disposal.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on hazardous waste management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address environmental issues and promote sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hazardous waste management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hazardous waste management.
  • Knowledge of hazardous waste treatment technologies.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule
