Calibration Technician II
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration of measurement & test equipment in a lab environment.
- Manage calibration work queues to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Assess calibration documentation provided by 3rd party vendors for compliance.
- Maintain physical and digital organization of work to ensure efficiency in the calibration lab.
- Utilize multiple data systems to determine and fulfill customer requirements.
- Maintain accuracy of calibrated item data & status.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Calibration
- HS Diploma + calibration related technical training
- Familiarity with the operation of measurement and test equipment
- Comfortable utilizing a computer to maintain, organize & track technical information
- Desired Military PMEL or Post-Secondary metrology training
- Experience with industry calibration standards (ANSI NCSL Z540.3, ISO/IEC 17025)
- Experience with industry quality and configuration control system methodologies (AS9100, ISO:9001)
- Experience developing, operating and maintaining calibration systems & procedures
- Experience in customer service

Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
