Calibration Technician

About the role

Our client, a leader in the calibration, consulting and commissioning industry, is seeking a Calibration Technician to join their team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Calibration Technician, you will be part of the Process Team supporting various analytical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Complete calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with accurate GxP documentation.
• Work in an FDA regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide effective solutions to client needs.
• Manage small projects and supervise technicians on those projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• A two-year degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in metrology, instrumentation, or calibration within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Understanding of calibration concepts, including accuracy testing and traceability.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within the defined scope of work.

Pay

Pay Range: $35 - $45 per hour based on experience.
