Calibration Technician

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, maintain, and repair test and measurement equipment across dimensional, electrical, mechanical, and temperature disciplines.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and system issues, including identifying and correcting out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Perform calibration and adjustments using approved procedures, technical manuals, and custom LabVIEW software.
• Install and modify measurement and control instrumentation on test facilities.
• Prepare accurate calibration records, reports, and certificates.
• Document calibration, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Provide technical support to team members and internal customers.
• Cook up and coordinate equipment downtime and maintenance activities with facility and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred related experience or an associates degree or equivalent experience.

Pay

The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $23.65 to $49.47 in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for Technician I, II, and III. Pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
