Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes according to customer orders and established standards, demonstrating proficiency in various cake decorating techniques.
• Prepare and bake cake components, ensuring adherence to recipes and food preparation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding strict food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Package and label finished products accurately, utilizing best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of cake decorating techniques, including frosting, piping, and fondant work.
• General knowledge of baking principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
