Cagewash Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Cagewash Technician for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Use existing SOPs and quality assurance standards to perform general housekeeping, as well as maintain facility equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance on cagewash and autoclaves.
• Sanitize, maintain, and repair animal caging materials
• Ensure cagewash and animal holding facilities are kept in a clean and organized manner
• Absorb and prepare for customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, and provide technical assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, General Education Degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent
• Experience and/or training working with mechanical equipment preferred

Pay

The pay for this position is $18.34 per hour.
