Cage Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets.
• Maintain operations of Cage.
• Schedule personnel on an assigned shift.
• Adhere to Horseshoe Casino internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Perform functions of Cage Cashier & Caesars Reward Representative, Cashier Main Banker, or NRT Drop Cashier as needed.
• Review and investigate overages and shortages.
• Audit and oversee the accurate completion of all shift work.
• Create cashier-generated tickets.
• Implement and enforce company policies and gaming regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Assistant Cage Manager in report preparation and other administrative tasks.
• Promote teamwork and resolve employee grievances.
• Handle guest-related issues.
• Act as Managerial Representative on premises.
• Redeem Sportsbook tickets/vouchers.
• Manage Sportsbook ticket/voucher program.
• Fill and credit slips, manage markers, and handle safekeeping keys.
• Manage Jackpots, Cashier Generated Tickets, and Check cashing authorization.
• Manage inventory, accountability, and window counts.
• Handle paid outs and maintain access logs.
• Grant credit granting authority as per policy.
• Manage Sportsbook exchange forms.
• Access sensitive assets and areas under escort.
