As a Seasonal Cage Cashier during the summer peak season, you will safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. Friendly, efficient service to guests and strict confidentiality are key responsibilities.What You'll Do
- Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records
- Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner
- Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances
- Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records
- Aid in clearing and resetting HHR machines
- Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs
- Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed
- Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous gaming or banking experience preferred
- Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
What We Require
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
- Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremes
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and perform repetitive cash handling tasks
