Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service by being knowledgeable about the casino, courteous, smiling, and offering prompt service.
• Engage with customers and employees through personal contact, eye contact, using names, and being helpful.
• Provide change, redeem coins, chips, and miscellaneous items for customers and employees.
• Prepare table fills and machine fills to replenish blackjack tables with chips and slot machines with coins.
• Verify and pay jackpots to technicians for all slot machine winners.
• Maintain knowledge of coin counting and rolling machines for redeeming and rolling customer coins.
• Troubleshoot and clean machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow all cash handling policies and maintain accuracy.
• Perform duties independently and efficiently, optimizing time and resources.
• Ensure safety by using correct lifting procedures and maintaining a clean, comfortable work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
• Prepare legible paperwork at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain communication and attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Promote the Wild Edge Club and encourage non-members to join.
• Stay familiar with Wild Edge and promotional events.
• Maintain knowledge of SARC, Title 31, and related reporting paperwork.
• Notify the Inventory Control Manager of any issues during your shift.
• Maintain positive working relationships with employees and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$15.50 - $16.71 / hour
