About the role
Great Western Dining at Southeast Community College - Milford is looking for fun and energetic people to join our team. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 4pm-7pm, with weekends available.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals
- Participate in occasional catering functions
- Perform all positions within the cafeteria
- Assist with the set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at the required temperature
- Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized
- Service with a smile!
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills And Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Background in customer service and hospitality
- Fluent in any language other than English a plus
Requirements
- Continuous walking and other means of mobility
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull and frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds
