About the role

The Cafeteria Assistant/Bus Driver position at the Child Nutrition department is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafeteria and bus services. This includes preparing meals, serving students, and maintaining cleanliness and order in both settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to students in the cafeteria.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the cafeteria and on school buses.
• Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Communicate effectively with other staff members and students.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
