Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares hot and cold packs, makes sandwiches; slices meats; mixes food; washes fruits and vegetables; opens cans; prepares salads, soups and desserts; cups fruit; helps the cook and baker;
- Serves food;

- Maintains clean and sanitary conditions in all work areas, including refrigerators, freezers, stock rooms, cafeterias and storerooms.
Requirements
- Certification as a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) within 6 months of hire date.
