Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cafe operations to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor baristas to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the register in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems.
