Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks for the café and retail operations.
• Handle all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, and supervision of hourly team members.
• Manage financials, including budget development, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost controls.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and apply insights to business operations.
• Oversee sanitation, safety, and inventory management for assigned unit(s).
• Purchase and manage inventory efficiently.
• Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with the Company’s marketing and culinary team.
• Act as the direct liaison with the client to ensure satisfaction and strong public relations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of retail, food, and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Strong leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, email, and the Internet.
• ServSafe® Certified.

Preferred: Culinary degree or A.A. Degree plus related experience.

Schedule

Flexible hours based on business needs, including:

• Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Pay

$60,000 – $65,000 per year.
