Café Managers are key members of the café leadership team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the development of team members and executing café operations to Tatte standards. Cafe Managers are typically experienced supervisors who are interested in developing their leadership skills and working toward becoming an Assistant General Manager.
