Key Responsibilities
- Model authentic, warm hospitality and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Bring Tatte's Brand Purpose, Mission, and Values to life while upholding all company policies
- Support execution of operational standards, food safety, product quality, and service excellence
- Lead shifts by deploying team members, managing operations, and providing real-time coaching and feedback
- Navigate guest and team member concerns professionally and effectively
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of new team members through company training programs
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, ingredients, allergens, and food safety practices
- Complete administrative responsibilities including cash management, ordering, time clock verification, and safety audits
Essential Functions / Working Conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts at least four shifts per week
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Consistent and punctual attendance
- Ability to remain calm and lead effectively during high-volume periods
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and station setup
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with UKG/UltiPro, Toast POS, CrunchTime, and TeamworX
- Proficiency in ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver certifications
