About the Role
Cross River’s Café Manager will oversee the operations and daily activities of the Café’s food and drink services. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, high organization, and efficient time management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience thriving in a service capacity within an office environment. You will ensure smooth daily food operations, maintain stocked supplies, and work directly with vendors to manage orders, invoices, and deliveries in a cost-efficient manner. This position offers a dynamic experience behind the scenes of a rapidly growing, close-knit company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and order River Café supplies
- Manage all Café food orders and deliveries
- Oversee budgets for Café food services and catering
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Create menus and variety for employees
- Develop long-term strategies for internal food services and catering
- Assist in off-site company events and services
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- At least three years of commercial food service management and hospitality experience
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
Pay
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
