Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail and café operations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly associates.
- Drive an exceptional guest experience through outstanding hospitality.
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and retail performance.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Execute promotions, merchandising, and special events.
- Complete required reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or foodservice management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, and cash handling.
- P&L and high-volume operational experience preferred.
- Hospitality, retail, or healthcare foodservice experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
