Cafe Hostess

Bell Ford is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cafe Hostess to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 6:45 AM to 1:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the cafe
• Prepare and serve light food items and beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cafe area
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Food Handler's Card required
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
