How You Will Make An Impact
The Café Attendant is a cross-trained team member responsible for preparing and serving food, assisting customers, and supporting all aspects of daily café operations while maintaining food quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and set up stations for daily service
- Stock service stations with supplies such as ice, napkins, straws, and utensils
- Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, and packaging soups and salads
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Plan food preparation so that items served together are ready at the same time
- Plate and package food orders according to customer requests and presentation standards
- Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food products, and label food with the appropriate date and time
- Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment, work areas, counters, and tables
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Requirements
Experience in a food service setting is a plus. You should have a friendly and positive attitude and willingness to learn, reliable transportation, and be willing to work on weekends and some holidays. Pizza makers are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience working with pizza ovens, stretching dough, preparing fresh toppings, and creating consistently delicious pies.

- Base pay $14-15/hr with tip pool averages between $16-18/hr

Schedule
Schedule is 8:30am to 4pm with weekend shifts mandatory.
