Position Summary
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and works in other areas as needed.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Prepares food according to item specifications; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be an Expert: Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
- Be a Techie: Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns.
- Be an Owner: Being a brand advocate; developing, influencing, and inspiring others; complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; completing work assignments and priorities; using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Competitive Pay and Incentives
- The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Acknowledges the need to complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food Safety Certification.
- Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
