Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One’s products and services through genuine conversation rather than transactions.
• Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through our digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshooting tech challenges with ease.
• Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host and support local events that promote financial health.
• Act as a Culture Carrier: Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome.
• Handle Complaints and Escalations: Advocate for our customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of banking experience preferred
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Schedule

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours and days subject to change. Regular and consistent attendance is required.
