CAD Technician, Transportation Design

Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise technical drawings for transportation, municipal, and/or land/site development projects
- Assist in design, quantity calculations, and completing plan sheets
- Prepare, read and understand construction plans and technical documents and have a functional understanding of design software packages
- Work under the direction of a PE & Project Manager
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology or similar degree from an accredited school
- 3+ years of experience in Municipal / Transportation engineering or related field
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- 2+ years of experience using OpenRoads Designer
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment with standard office equipment; occasional travel or field visits may be required
- Must work full-time in office at WSB's Norman, OK office location
