Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to parse the posting.

- EXACTA provides equal employment opportunities... (EEO boilerplate) remove.
- Exacta Employee Value Proposition ... (some fluff) maybe keep? It's not boilerplate but it's generic fluff. Might be considered filler but it's substantive? It's more marketing. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The Employee Value Proposition is not boilerplate but it's generic fluff. Might be considered filler but not specifically prohibited. However we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine some sections.
- Compensation details: 25-28 Hourly Wage PI1f3adc9ab9c0-25448-41519455 (some code). This is pay info: "25-28 Hourly Wage". So we have Pay section.
- No explicit schedule info besides "Team member will report to the office at 690 Lakeway Plaza Blvd, Ste A, Worthington, OH 43085 as scheduled by the supervisor." That's location and schedule? It says as scheduled by supervisor. Not a specific schedule. Could we create Schedule section? The posting does not state specific schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not give schedule details, just location. So we omit Schedule.
- Benefits: we have list.
- Pay: we have "Compensation details: 25-28 Hourly Wage". So we can create Pay section with that.
- About the role: we have Position Summary etc. Could be About the role.
- Responsibilities: we have list.
- Requirements: we have list.
- Qualifications/Skills: we have "What We're Looking For" and "Senior Land Surveying Tech Skills And Experience". Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include only those with substantive content.
We have:
- About the role: Position Summary etc.
- Responsibilities: list.
- Requirements: maybe combine "Requirements CAD / Survey Calculations Technician" and "What We're Looking For" and "Senior Land Surveying Tech Skills And Experience". Could be Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (specific skills). But we can also just have Requirements and Skills sections.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract substantive content.
About the role: "Under the supervision of the Drafting Manager, the CAD Drafter will be responsible for various survey preparation and other related drafting assignments. This work is performed in an office setting and remotely. This position offers opportunities for advancement for individuals that demonstrate a strong work ethic and continually contribute to the success of the organization." Also earlier description about company maybe not needed as About the role? Could include company description in About the role? But the instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The company description is substantive but not required? It's part of description. We could include it in About the role as a paragraph.
Responsibilities: list as bullet points.
Requirements: maybe education and experience: "Minimum of high school diploma/GED diploma required; Associates / Technical Degree or higher preferred. 4+ years of successful job-related professional drafting experience in the surveying industry; Applied CAD experience." Also "Proven and demonstrated professional skill sets to include, but not limited to, Civil 3d and survey experience." Also "Able to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner, ensuring business outcomes; assertive problem-solver and action-oriented team player. Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude; must be fast on your feet, poised under pressure, and committed to client service Ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job and exceed client expectations. Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud based solutions."
Skills: maybe "Experience with CAD drafting and/or surveying calculations. Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction plans, and recorded plats. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies between drawings, plats, and field information. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable learning client-specific procedures and software. Construction surveying, land surveying, civil engineering, or residential construction experience is a plus." Also "Familiarity with Columbus builder Services is a plus."
But there is overlap. We could combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But headings are separate. We could put Requirements for education/experience, Skills for abilities.
Benefits: list.
Pay: "Compensation details: 25-28 Hourly Wage". Also maybe note that it's hourly.
We should not include EEO boilerplate, Employee Value Proposition fluff, etc.
Also need to remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll have:
