Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2D/3D design documentation, BIM models, and construction deliverables using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and design staff to ensure accurate, coordinated, and compliant models and drawings.
- Support CAD/BIM standards, workflows, templates, model governance, and best practices across the organization.
- Maintain digital project files, BIM models, Revit families, templates, content libraries, and project deliverables.
- Perform model quality control reviews, clash detection, and drawing/model audits.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance related to CAD/BIM software and workflows.
- Support problem-solving, visualization, and coordination activities to develop efficient design solutions.
- Provide field support and data collection as needed.
- Help advance T&M’s BIM program through standards, content management, workflow adoption, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CAD and/or BIM experience in the engineering, architecture, or consulting industry required.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D required.
- Experience with BIM implementation, standards development, model coordination, QA/QC, clash detection, and platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.
- Experience with Revit families, templates, view templates, schedules, content libraries, and shared parameters preferred.
- Affiliate degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Technology, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret design documents, engineering markups, and project requirements.
