Essential Functions
- Operate CAD machine to produce custom shape/cut vinyl products
- Understand job traveler, machine set-up, and i-cut software
- Proof new art from prepress
- Locate, use, and update CAD files
- Produce basic CAD “cut-only” jobs on pigmented vinyl
- Proofread, verify, and produce Micro-Cut orders
- Examine products for quality; adjust as needed
- Remove finished/pre-finished material from cutter for next operation
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Absorb excess vinyl while other graphics are cutting

Physical Demands
- Able to stand for entire work period (including overtime as needed)
- Occasional walking, changing position, reaching (including across midline), handling, fingering, feeling, grasping
- Occasional lifting 20–50 lbs; frequent lifting 10–25 lbs
