We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must include only sections with real content.
We have job posting details:
- Base salary dependent upon experience. Location: Portland, OR - Onsite Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 DOE. So we have Pay info: salary range $80k-$110k DOE. Also location info maybe part of About the role? Could be separate but we can include in About the role.
- Job Summary: description.
- Key Responsibilities: list.
- Required Qualifications: list.
- Preferred Qualifications: list.
- Additional Success Factors: list.
- Competencies: list.
- Disclaimer etc: we must remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, scam warning, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove "Job Posting End Date". Also remove "Click here for Additional Disclaimer Information". Also remove "Mobility Information". Also remove "Company PPM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC". Also remove "Avangrid employees may be assigned a system emergency role..." repeated. Also remove "NERC Reliability Standards compliance role..." etc. Also remove "If you are an individual with a disability..." etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we keep:
- Job Summary paragraph.
- Key Responsibilities bullet list.
- Required Qualifications bullet list.
- Preferred Qualifications bullet list.
- Additional Success Factors bullet list.
- Competencies bullet list.
- Pay: salary range.
- Location: Portland, OR - Onsite.
- Possibly "Base salary for this position is dependent upon experience." Already covered by DOE.
- Also maybe "Job Summary" heading? We can treat as About the role.
We need sections: About the role (maybe includes Job Summary and location). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe Additional Success Factors and Competencies combined? But we can separate if content). Benefits: none given, so omit. Pay: include. Schedule: none given, omit.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with actual content.
Thus sections:

maybe combine Additional Success Factors and Competencies? Could split into two sections but both are lists. Could create Skills for Additional Success Factors and another for Competencies? But we have only Skills heading allowed. Could we put both under Skills? Might be okay to combine but risk losing detail? We could create two sections: Skills and maybe another heading not allowed? The allowed headings list includes Skills only. We could also use "About the role" for some, but better to follow instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive; we could use other headings? Probably safer to stick to those. We could put Additional Success Factors under Skills, and Competencies also under Skills (maybe as sublist). But we need to preserve all info; we can include both as separate under Skills heading.
Thus:

But that would lose internal bullet details. Better to keep each bullet as separate - under Skills, but we need to differentiate categories? Could just list all items as
