Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and development process for all engineering projects
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Train and mentor junior staff on CAD software and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
