CAD Drafter

Role: CAD Drafter Location: Cicero, IL - Fully Onsite Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 / Annually Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), Qualifications: Minimum of one year of professional AutoCAD experience preferredAbility to create and maintain accurate plant layouts and update existing drawingsComfortable reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Material (BOMs)Able to collaborate with sales, engineering and production teams on custom designs and layout needsMicrosoft Office proficiencyBachelor’s degree is not required; relevant drafting or hands-on manufacturing experience will be considered Nice to have: HVAC or sheet metal manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with production environments, equipment layouts or process flowBilingual in English and Spanish Benefits: Health benefits401(k) matchTwo weeks of PTOAnnual bonus eligibility based on company performance Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
