Cad Designer
About the role
We're looking for a Designer with experience in AutoCAD 3D (AutoCAD Plant 3D highly preferred), P&ID's, skid design, fabrication drawings, and experience in water treatment or wastewater industries.
Responsibilities
- Work on CAD models and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD Plant 3D, Advanced Steel, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Support constructability reviews or design coordination at a local fabrication shop, if needed.
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and follow established safety procedures.
- Contribute to meaningful projects within a professional, collaborative environment.

- Skid design experience
- Fabrication drawings
- Experience in water treatment or wastewater industries
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of water treatment or wastewater systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D and related software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, life insurance (voluntary), short and long-term disability insurance, health spending account (HSA), transportation benefits, employee assistance program, time off/leave (PTO, vacation, sick leave), and a contract-to-hire path with the potential for a notable increase in compensation upon transition to permanent employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.
