CAD Designer

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed construction document sets in AutoCAD including space plans, material specifications, and elevation details.
• Provide elevations and built-in details for Model Homes.
• Aid in conceptual design, material selections, furniture specification, and graphic development.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and field associates to coordinate projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Residential Drafting experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn additional program add-ons for AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of current Building and ADA codes preferred.
