Daily Responsibilities
- Reading and Understanding Civil and Structural Plans of Small and Large Jobsites.
- Utilizing CAD programs to develop 3D GPS Models of Heavy Construction Job Sites for GPS Stakeout and Machine Control Equipment.
- Completing Earthwork Takeoffs & Other Various Estimating Services.
- Reviewing Work Completed (Quality Control).
- Maintaining Customer relations, including selling our services (but not required).
Qualifications
- Experienced Applicants Looking For a Career – Compensation Is a Lucrative Performance-Based Compensation Structure.
- GPS Modeling & Heavy Construction Takeoff Experience Required.
- Carlson Takeoff, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Topcon Software Experience Preferred.
- Must be Self-Motivated, Reliable, Responsible, and Professional.
Compensation
Salary range is base salary. May be eligible for commission depending on commission.
