CAD Design Coordinator/Checker

About the role

Vogt Power International Inc. is an industry leader in heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) with both domestic and international customers. The CAD Design Coordinator/Checker will perform complete and thorough checking of HRSG non-pressure assemblies, pressure parts structural component assemblies and detail drawings of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review project customer specifications
• Maintain knowledge of current designs, standards, and procedures
• Keep current on the capabilities of shop equipment and fabricating facilities
• Aid and instruct drafters in the use of standard and acceptable drafting techniques, detailing, manufacturing, and construction procedures for company products
