Cactus Wellhead - Quotations Representative

Job Summary

Aid in coordinating project pricing and costing with relevant CACTUS personnel (sales, engineering, and customer service).

Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities

• Review customer-required terms and conditions with CACTUS legal personnel.
• Monitor standard cost for general accuracy and escalate for review as needed to ensure price quotations are accurate.
• Communicate with vendors, freight companies, and logistics companies to ensure equipment, services, and freight costs are correct and updated.
• Coordinate approvals by management of final pricing structure and terms and conditions to ensure proposals are submitted on time.
• Prepare margin approval sheets, sign them according to guidelines, and keep them on file for each quote.
• Assist with major proposal preparation.
• Affirm that the quotation's pricing, delivery, and terms and conditions accurately reflect CACTUS's ability to deliver services cost-effectively.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to accomplish tasks.
• Coordinate with the technical illustration group to obtain drawings of the equipment based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop an accurate quotation.
• Comply with Houston Operating Procedures as they relate to this position.
• Contribute to special projects or assignments as directed by management.

Education, Training, Experience

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one-year related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Preference for knowledge of API 6A and wellhead equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills, language skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No supervisory responsibilities.
