Cable Technician

TEKsystems is seeking 9 cabling technicians for a short-term project in commercial environments.

About the role

Cabling technicians will install CAT6 cable, fiber, and copper cabling, including terminations, testing, labeling, and wire management in conduits and fishing through walls/ceilings. Work will be performed in fast-paced, teamed, or individual settings.

Responsibilities

• Install CAT6 cable, fiber, and copper cabling
• Perform terminations, testing, and labeling
• Manage wiring in conduits and fish through walls/ceilings
• Work in commercial environments

Requirements

• Low Voltage Data Cabling experience
• Must provide your own tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced, teamed, or individual settings

Pay

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr, open for discussion based on experience.
