Responsibilities

• Comply with & enforce the policies, procedures and regulations of Roseland Wake Park.
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Promote a positive and enjoyable attitude at all times
• Aid guests in evaluating their abilities and determining their needs to achieve individual goals
• Aid customers in selecting the appropriate rental equipment
• Sell retail products
• Keep buildings clean and assist with maintaining grounds to park standards
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure the park runs smoothly and efficiently as directed by management

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have prior work experience
• Must be lifeguard certified or capable of obtaining certification
• Must possess excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability
