Lantech Communications LLC handles day-to-day installations for major cable TV, coax, and fiber internet companies. We provide a positive customer experience, a friendly work atmosphere, and a knowledgeable technician base that can handle any job.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and calibrate coax and/or fiber internet equipment
• Verify TV, internet, and phone systems for correct functionality
• Troubleshoot cable wiring, splitter configuration, and cable plant levels
• Enhance customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure quality of each job is performed to company standard
• Notate installation, service, and repairs
• Educate customer on all services and equipment installed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a nationwide background check and drug screening (or have CrimShield badge)
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, kneel/sit/stand or bend for long periods
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that might include nights and weekends
• Ability to work in all outdoor conditions
• Reliable and dependable

Qualifications

• Cable, satellite installation, fiber, wiring, security alarm installation, home theater, or electrical experience
• Charter/Spectrum experience is a plus
• Ownership of tools and a truck is a plus

Benefits

• $125 per diem

Pay

$1,000 – $2,500 per week + $125 per diem; rates vary based on experience and work quality.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts
• 4-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekends as needed
