Position Details
Location: Gilbert, AZ (Onsite)
Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship Required
Travel: None
What You'll Do
- Build and assemble cable and wire harnesses for advanced aerospace and defense applications.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, wire lists, drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform electrical assembly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Follow ISO procedures, operation sheets, and manufacturing processes.
- Communicate progress and technical issues with production leads and supervisors.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience.
- At least 5 years of electrical assembly and wire harness experience.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience with ESD practices and wire crimping.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to earn IPC/WHMA-A-620 and NASA J-STD certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or trade school education.
- Current IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA J-STD certification.
- Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for workflow and documentation.
