Position Details

Location: Gilbert, AZ (Onsite)

Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM

Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship Required

Travel: None

What You'll Do

  • Build and assemble cable and wire harnesses for advanced aerospace and defense applications.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, wire lists, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Perform electrical assembly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Follow ISO procedures, operation sheets, and manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate progress and technical issues with production leads and supervisors.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • At least 5 years of electrical assembly and wire harness experience.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Experience with ESD practices and wire crimping.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to earn IPC/WHMA-A-620 and NASA J-STD certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical or trade school education.
  • Current IPC/WHMA-A-620 or NASA J-STD certification.
  • Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for workflow and documentation.
