About the role
Responsible for managing the design and development of cable and harness systems for various aerospace and defense projects. This includes overseeing the integration of cables and harnesses into complex mechanical and electronic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and quality assurance personnel
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular reviews and updates on project progress
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cable and harness design and management
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Experience with project management methodologies
