About the role

Closet Factory & Wall Beds of Oregon designs, sells, and installs custom storage solutions—closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves, and more—using the highest-quality materials. Our factory produces all wood parts for our complete product line via the 32-millimeter system. Team members prepare each job, verify its accuracy and quality, and ensure it is ready for installation at the client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic hand tools in a production environment.
• Perform production cabinetry tasks, including edge banding and laminate countertop fabrication.
• Prepare and inspect each job for accuracy and quality before shipment.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of production cabinetry experience.
• Experience operating an edge bander.
• Laminate countertop fabrication experience is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule

Full-time, permanent position. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime as needed.
